All-inclusive Packages

All Venice Hall packages include an on-site event consultation and the following amenities:

double linens on all tables, round or long tables, padded chiavari chairs, choice of centerpiece, glass top food and beverage tables, cold beverages (ice water, ice tea, sweet tea, and lemonade), hot beverages (tea + coffee), ice, beverage cups and beverage napkins, dessert table with 3-tier stand for pies or cupcakes, cake knife, server with dessert napkins, gift table, tv monitors for images and messaging, sound system with microphone, use of kitchen with counters, refrigerator, and sink, 2 ADA restrooms

This package includes all the Venice Hall amenities and an attendant to assist you with food + drink, light bussing of tables, clearing food buffet, packaging leftovers, and assisting with your event cleanup.

Upon arrival, your room will be set to the layout discussed in your event consultation.

Catering menus start at $12.00 per guest.

An Affair to Remember

An Affair to Remember includes all Venice Hall amenities as well as all your event needs + services planned by Jeannette.

This package offers a choice of linen colors, napkin colors, cake delivery with cutting + plating cake, soda bar, personalized monogrammed screen displays, 2 custom floral pieces, and an attendant to assist with serving food, attending to your guest’s needs, and event cleanup.

Your room will be set to the layout discussed in your event consultation upon arrival.

Catering menu starting at $18 per guest

$1,495 for a 4-hour reception plus 2-hour setup window

Business + Retreats

This package is available Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Friday 8 am to 2pm.

You’ll receive all Venice Hall amenities, classroom or workshop-style seating arrangement, wi-fi, and ample space for a projector and screen displays. You’ll also receive local coffee from Kave Coffee Bar.

Kave Coffee Bar pastries are available for $8 per person.

$350 for 4 hours (Monday thru Friday) 10 - 25 guests

$400 for 4 hours (Monday thru Friday) 26 - 50 guests
